Hey, go jump off a cliff.

Now you know I'm kidding, right? Well, for the most part I am.
Have you ever heard of the Buddhist concept of Bardo? Oh, maybe it seems a little out there, I'll admit, but hang with me a bit because there is serious magic in Bardo. Bardo is about the world of the in betweens, and that world is where everything happens. That's where the magic is. The Tibetan Book of the Dead says:

The concept of bardo is based on the period between sanity and insanity, or the period between confusion and the confusion just about to be transformed into wisdom; and of course it could be said of the experience which stands between death and birth. The past situation has not yet manifested itself so there is a gap between the two.

I'm no Buddhist. I'm not into reincarnation. But I am into winning. And Bardo is money. I'll tell you why.
It's money because the magic happens when you reach that Barodo state, and you reach that state when you stretch yourself to the absolute limit. That's where God or the Universe or whatever you want to call it takes over. How about this from Ralph Waldo Emerson:

Life only avails, not the having lived. Power ceases in the instant of repose; it resides in the moment of transition from a past to a new state, in the shooting of the gulf, in the darting to an aim.

Sounds like bardo, doesn't it? I'm telling you, there is POWER NOT YOUR OWN. THERE IS MAGIC WHEN YOU STRETCH YOURSELF, and when you push yourself past your strength, you will encounter that magic, that power. I've experienced it. Haven't you ever heard the little kids' prayer: 'God only asks us to do our best; He will take over and finish the rest'?
Hey, if you cross the street, you're a risk taker. So we're all risk takers then to some degree, right? Well, trust me, you're not that far from Bardo, and you can climb into that Bardo state. You can shoot that gulf. The power is yours to be had. How? Take BIGGER risks!
As you do, you will so dig the power that comes with it, that you will take bigger and bigger risks for the rest of your life. You will do awesome things.
Last quote, from the writer Ray Bradbury:

Go to the edge of the cliff and jump off. Build your wings on the way down.
